Platform Role: Zipeey is a multi-vendor aggregator platform. We connect users with independent vendors for Food, Electronics, Fashion, and Professional Services (Doctors, CAs, Plumbers, etc.).
Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
Verification: While Zipeey verifies vendors before onboarding, we act only as an intermediary.
Service Liability: Zipeey is not liable for the quality of work performed by service professionals or any advice provided by experts like Doctors or CAs. Users should exercise their own judgment.
Usage Policy: Any misuse of the platform, including fraudulent orders, will lead to immediate account suspension.
